John L. Beene and Mary Elizabeth McMahan

John L. Beene was born abt 1818 in Marion Co, TN and died after 1870 in AR.

Mary Elizabeth McMahan was born abt 1816-1817 and died after 1880 in AR.

According to descendant Farris Herrin, they are buried in Powhatan Cemetery, Powhatan, AR next to their daughter Amanda Beene Brown who married Joseph Brown. (He stated that Amanda and Joseph's parents are buried next to them).
