Descendants of William Bean b: ?

It is believed that a William Bean was the father of the following five children and probably others. Which William Bean in Northumberland Co, VA this was, is a matter of speculation. Apparently, there were several Bean families in the area at the time. The relationships of these families to each other is unknown. I have seen various dates given for marriage of William Bean and Lydia Russell ranging from 1744 to 1759. There has also been a suggestion that William Bean was married previously and his wife and two of his children were killed by Indians in Virginia. So I do not vouch for any of these dates. I would welcome input on this!
